This is normal this is what happens to me every time my milk drops in just means early milk for you as well :)

Thanks I went to doctor and she said my milk is coming in early

Yes it's normal. I used regular lotion of nipple cream to help with the burning sensation

I'm going through the same thing its really bad but very normal every pregnancy is different but your fine ☺
