Constipation happens all through pregnancy, make sure u drinks tons of water, fresh vegetables and don't strain! Suppositories work wonders too. I just had my hemroids permanently removed last week. Lived with them for 8 years.
See if ur doc can get u prenatals with stool softner! Ur trying to hard to poo! I did the same thing and my prenatals r a life saver!
