c section?

Does a breech baby definitely mean c section?

Babies can turn at any time even the day of delivery! If your scheduled for a c section they should do an ultrasound before to check baby's position. It's very rare to find a doctor or a hospital that will let you deliver a breech baby naturally these days.

I'm 37weeks and my son is breech and they tried to turn him on yesterday and it was unsucessful painful and very sore painful And my tummy is bruised. So I'm scheduled on Thursday for a c-section

No, it depends on your doc. Mine was breech until 36+wks & midwife was saying would be CS if baby didn't turn, at last minute they said they would consider vaginal delivery too, but baby turned by 37wk appt so wasn't an issue in the end. Try not to be too concerned.

my baby was breeched from about 28-33 weeks, I wanted to avoid a c section so I did a little research and found that chiropractic care works best but unfortunately I didn't have time to go three times a week so I went with another recommendation of acupuncture and after one in office session and four days of special exercises my baby boy flipped. So I'm not 100% sure if it was the acupuncture but I would recommend that you try it

Unless your Dr can turn the baby around then yes.  Good luck!
