I'm 22 weeks and I've had back pains since day one. Stretching helps the most. My sister gave me her pregnancy ball that she used. It's like a big medicine call I lay back on it and roll my back around on it and it does help!
Is it just back pain or like pulsing back pain coming and going? Because I had pulsing back pain that came and went at 29! Weeks and I was apparently in preterm labor and had my son that morning
I've had the worst ever since I got prego. I have my husband rub icy hot on it at night and in the morning it feels much better
