I was over weight going into pregnancy and had been calorie counting to loose. But I have had the mentality of eating whatever I want through pregnancy. I'm not so much worried about the weight I've already gained, just wanting to start back in the habit of eating better.
You should be eating an extra 300 calories a day so daily you should eat 2300 calories
I gained fifty with my first pregnancy but ibwas extremely small to begin with an the extra weight was a gift! Try to make sure your eating healthy and not letting your cravings get the best of you a lot of woman use pregnancy to eat whatever they want but its not healthy for you or the baby if your not eating the right food
You may want to eat normally and add an extra 30min daily walk. The best person to consult with is your doctor. If you have been eating normally ans getting some exercise it may just be that your body needs the extra weight. Every woman's body is different. You'll have your baby soon!
