I don't take the prescribed prenatals I take the 100% organic prenatals cause they are all natural and they are better for you and the baby...so try Like a vitamin shoppe or health food supermarket...the brand I use is by rainbow light prenatal one food based multivitamin just take one a day

My old prenatal vitamin (Jameson brand) made me so sick then my doctor changed me over to pregvit which is a twice a day prenatal (prescription only) they don't make me sick and they have more B vitamins and iron without constipation

That's what I was taking b4 I got my prenatal vitamins. I went online and looked up vitamin amounts for pregnant women. I compared the amounts suggested online to what was in the one a day vitamins. I did find that some of the quantities were low so I eventually switched over 2 the prenatal vitamins. But yes still check with ur doc.

That's what I take because it has all the vitamins plus 100% of folic acid. I can't take the prenatals because the iron makes me super constipated. But I'm not anemic so my doctor said its ok. I would just ask your doctor to make sure
