I have a 2 and 1 year old and I'm 32 weeks pregnant. I know the feeling. I do it by myself. My husband works all the time. He helps when he can but I'm sole caretaker of the boys. One thing that helps is knowing we made it this far and that pregnancy doesn't last forever. Thankfully, I only have 8 weeks left. If I can just make it through this last part of pregnancy, I will be OK.

I have some bad aches and pains. Sometimes feels like my baby is trying to push his way out or causes me very painful back pain. Warm baths or a hot water bottle behind my back helps a lot. Or just trying to relax. As hard as it is with kids. I am a big house cleaner and feel like nesting but sometimes I have to just force myself to leave a mess because it'll still be there when I need to clean it up. It's better to relax sometimes. Only tend to the kids when they need something and if they want to play, get them to come to you because it helps. My boys play together and usually if they want me to play with them, they come to wherever I am and bring me toys. I still try to spend that time with them. It's rough I know. But it will get better.

I have a 3 year old daughter and take care of my 1 year old niece a lot and have horrible SPD and my Dr prescribed swimming as much as possible as it works out the ligaments without putting weight stress on them... good luck mama

Get help, family or friends or even a nanny service, so you can rest and have less things to do
