working on my feet and feeling it already

I work on my feet about 45hrs a week. I'm 21 weeks and I'm already starting to feel the effects of standing all day. Exhausted, very sore feet and legs  when I get home. How did any other ladies in my situation deal with this. And no I do not have a option to sit down except during my lunch. Thinking about maybe getting support stockings??

Thanks again ladies I do have Walmart and target where I am. I know we will all get through this since our bodies were made for it. It is great having each other for support until we meet our little ones!

I am in the same boat. I'm currently 24 wks today & I work 2 jobs. One I work 11 hr shifts for 4 nights and the other I work 1-3 days from 5-8 hr shifts. The 11 hour shift is what's killing me since it's a stand up & move around job. I constantly get cramps and my back and arms and legs are so sore. Plus my sciatica gets pinched constantly so it hurts to walk. I bought myself a footspa and made me a foot soak and am looking to get a pregnancy belt to help with the pressure as well. Good luck and I hope you find the relief that I know you definitely need.

I work in a pharmacy so I luckily can wear very comfortable and supportive sneakers. I only get a 30 min lunch. I am going to make sure to put my feet up during it from now on. What brand stockings do you use and where did you get them? Thanks for your response.

Omg same here I work 8 hour days and get one hour lunch time. Towards the end of my shift I feel like my body is going to give out. I'm 21 weeks as well. Definitely were comfortable shoes. Support stocking, stay hydrated with water, and take breaks when you can. During lunch put your feet up on a chair some where while eating. Good luck we will need it

I got more cushioned shoes and soak in a bath with epson salt when I get home. I am on my feet 40 hours a week in a hospital. Shoes and bath help but I am still in pain.
