I miscarried yesterday. Spent all morning and afternoon in ER. After the ultrasound the Dr said I miscarried at 8 wks, I should be 12. So my baby died 4 wks ago. What makes me most upset is that my primary Dr office took 3 wks to get me in. Didn't see my primary Dr til the 8th wk, he only confirmed through urine test. Then had to wait a week for referral to Ob. The nurse confirmed with urine test as well, just Monday the 6th. I asked to hear the heartbeat but she said no one was there to do it. I hate that I was led to believe I was pregnant all this time when the baby was gone 4 wks back!
Sweetie, this is so sad for you but there is nothing you could have done.
No matter what kind of medical help you had, nothing would have prevented this from happening.
Pregnancy is SO complicated, and so many fertilized eggs don't make it to a healthy baby.

Im very sorry sweetie for your loss...I also miscarried last year at 6 wks...I never even made it to my first initial prenatal app...she refused to see me b4 8 wks. ...yes time heals all wounds and like someone stated earlier...maybe a new doc will be best...stay strong hun

So sorry for your loss and the ordeal you had to go through. I know that my caused me to worry about a situation like yours, esp. because it always takes me forever to get the first appointment. So when I get my positive test, I go to a local pregnancy center to get my first ultrasound as early as I can.

I also know how awful it is. I'm so sorry for your loss. I miscarried twins last year at 12 weeks and it Was devastating.
Ahh I am so sorry for ur loss hun... I miscarried at 12 weeks nd I.kno how devastating it is. Stay strong wen the.time is right u will be.blessed wit a lil one:)
