Does anyone find that body pillows help them sleep better? I'm having lower back pain and need to find a way to sleep better. Any recommendations of brands?

I usually lean on my husband for back support and use a pillow in the front with a little pillow inbetween my legs. That way when I roll to my other side while I'm sleeping I usually stay comfortable threw most of the night

I LOVE my snoogle! I've even caught my husband using it while I'm getting ready for work lol. I hope it helps you get better sleep too!

I would not be able to sleep all night without waking up if I didn't have my pregnancy pillow. I love it!!! I just can't cuddle with my bf, but it's totally worth the investment. I believe mine cost $99 with shipping and handling

I just have a regular body pillow I put between my knees and kinda lay my belly on top it then wrap my arms around it n tuck it under my chin n I'm good to snooze lol. Can't sleep without it

I just bought a normal body pillow from target and it works wonders. Gets annoying when you roll over or have to pee but makes my hips and back feel better

I have one the length of my body and my arms go numb every night. So sick of waking up and not feeling my hands. But omg do i sleep damn good. I didn't even hear my hubby come to bed last night.

Snoogle pregnancy pillow works wonders!  But yes I get tangles in it as well when I have to get up to pee unless I put it between me and hubby

I have a snoogle and I love the support for my hips and keeps me off my belly. But I get tangled up if it when I try to turn. I would much rather a body pillow like I had in high school. Just the long rectangular kind

Im trying to research this topic too. One of my girlfriends told me that I need to get the snoogle. Her and her SIL both swear buy it. Looking into buying one today!!!

Yes!. It is a life saver for me. I can't sleep without my body pillow.
