So I've had severe congestion for the past month... My question is there anything I can take for it???

Just a plain saline nasal spray is fine too:)

I mixed some peppermint and eucalyptus oil and that helped...skiing with a homemade version of vapo rub

Thank you,  I really need to get rid of this horrible congestion.... I can't sleep at night cause of it....

I put a humidifier in my room at night and it helps especially if you leave it on during the day with the door shut.
