What are the contraction rules again? How many minutes and for how long before I need to call the doctor?
And do contractions always hurt?
5-1-1. 5 min apart for 1 hour long at 1 min each. And yea if you live far i'd leave a little sooner. I am about 30 min w/o traffic and will probably go when its been maybe 40 minutes, unless it's labor day weekend because i live in southern ca and that traffic would be rough.
5 min apart for 1 hr but if u live far or could hit traffic I'd say 10 min apart! Usually any pattern is labor!
