contractions

I'm a ftm, 33wks along. I was curious about contractions. What do you feel? And other than timing is there any way of knowing the difference between regular ones or bh?

Labor with my daughter I had pain throughout my entire abdomen it would actually cause me to double over most the time... so far the BH I've experienced have been strictly lower abdomen like period cramps low in the uterus

Where is the pain during contractions?

With my first I never felt BH but I just hit 33 weeks with this pregnancy and have been having them all day! When labor hit with my daughter contractions were painful like really painful.  So far all I'm feeling is what feels like period cramps not sharp more dull and dont last very long.

You will know. I remember thinking I would not know but the real thing for me was like dying and it wouldnt stop they get worst to the point you cant breath or move.
