11 weeks with first pregnancy.. Having bad and uncomfortable cramps in my stomach and back is this normal.. There is no bleeding or spotting just cramls ..

this is completely normal, it's your body adjusting to the baby which can be uncomfortable for you.
It's totally normal if your not spotting.
Yes it is normal to have cramps. I'm 7 weeks and the cramps just now stopped
