writing in journal might help or counselling.
Try not to worry :/ have you been to a dr yet? I felt better once i had my first appt i worried my whole first trimester but im 26 weeks along now and everything is going perfect even though i still have freak outs they turn out to be nothing you can message me anytime you need to talk im up at all hours and know what its like to worry :/

i dnt know just not good at telling people things.
iv had miscarriage before and just tryin to do everythin propely this time, but worry that the stress will cause problems

Try taking a walk to clear your head. Relaxing music for meditation. Soak in a warm bath with candle light. Write out your fears. And try to tell someone.
