37+4 and I need help!!!

I'm 37+4 and I've been having a lot of issues the past couple of days. Really bad pelvic pressure, vaginal irritation (burning), and either peeing on myself or leaking fluid. Not sure if any or all of this is normal towards the end of a pregnancy and I don't have a OB/GYN anymore as of last week due to problems I was having with them, so I'm not sure if I should go to the ER. Please help!!!!!!

I went to the ER and I was dilated 3cm and having some contractions. They checked my fluid and my water did not break. They waited an hour to check to see if I dilated any further but I did not so they sent me home. Guess it could be any day now or I can stay 3cm dilated for a couple weeks!!!

I was last checked a little over a week ago and I wasn't dilated at all, but I know a lot can change in a week. thanks for your story I'm definitely going to the ER.

I was having some of those symptoms last night and nurse wanted me to go to l&d. I'm 37+3 still dilated to a 2 and 50% effaced. She said she was picking up some contractions but not enough to dilate me more.
