Just let your Dr know you have been having pressure it may just be nothing but baby pushing down but for me I had a leep procedure before my second child and this baby I had my ultrasound at 20 weeks looked normal bit I was having lots of pressure and some cramps a few weeks ago and I found out at 28 weeks my cervix had shortened and now they are watching me for preterm labor i had my first 6 years ago my second came a month early 2 years ago and this one I'm 29 weeks now and at risk for preterm labor since my cervix is at 2.6 cm and my fFN test was positive
The pressure is probably from baby being low and everything down there relaxing to get ready for him. Kegals are great to keep that area strong as well as yoga for stretching. Discharge as long as it's not foul smelling or an off color (white/ yellowish is usually the norm) is very common and I've had to live with it for months : ). Best of luck x
