Baby Shower Etiquette

This is my fourth baby and was a surprise. Since my youngest is already four am wondering if it is ok to have a baby shower. We definately don't have a whole lot of baby things since we weren't planning on another. Any suggestions?

Yes Def since you don't have anything. This is also my 4th. My youngest is 5. & I'm divorced so it was Def a surprise when we found out I was prego. Nice surprise though :). Like u I have nothing. Luckily my sister has a bunch left & has friends with babies.  My mom wants to throw a shower like a family get together cookout type deal. So I think yes do it... celebrate life with friends & family.  & see if any friends or family that's had babies recently has anything you might can use. Anything helps! :) good luck!  Hope this helps.

I wouldn't but that's me. I'm having my second baby, 2 yrs apart and I won't be having one. I think multiple showers are a little tacky but lots of people do it.

Sure, each pregnancy is different and each child deserves to be celebrated. Maybe just your family and close friends.
