What does it mean when you are 50% ,100% ,75% etc effaced ? I keep seeing it in post but i dont know what it means ?

It's how much ur cervix has thinned in preparation for labor and delivery.
It means thinning of your cervix. 0 being thick 100% meaning tissue paper thin. All preparing for labour :)
