That's what helps me I walk 2 miles almost everyday at least 5 days a weeks. Otherwise I never get moving lol. IM 18 weeks today. I only felt really bad between like 7_10 weeks I was very nauseous and tired. But been feeding pretty good since. :-)
I got my energy back around 15 weeks and I felt great most of the 2nd trimester. But as soon as 25 weeks hit, i feel so drained again. Light walking does help me get my energy but its so hard to build up the motivation to do so
I only have one 3 year old and my energy has been lost this whole pregnancy except maybe a few weeks around my shower but I think that was more excitement over setting up his room etc. How old are your kids?
