Heat up two prunes in the microwave eat them in the morning or if you take your vitamins at night. Eat them then. I also drink a probiotic yogurt everyday. Hope you start to feel better.
Chomp on some prunes every day. Be sure to drink your water. Get plenty of veggies. The extra iron in your prenatal along with you GI system slowing in order to absorb macimun nutrition. As far as getting things moving sooner, most doctors allow docusate(Colace), metamucil,or Miralax. Call your OB office for permission. You won't be the first.
Ugh! I'm 17 weeks and just getting things moving. I am eating fiber one cereal and brownies. I'm taking stool softeners every day. I've upped my water. I've started taking my prenatals every other day. I'm taking chewable fiber pills. But...things finally seem to be moving. I know Metamucil is ok to take
