Thats ridiculous!! I'd flipout on the school. Our sons school is literally 3seconds down the road but they won't let elementary kids off unless they see a adult. Thank God. I would have at least demanded a apology from them!

Girl I'm a  passed. I'm 27 and 7 wks. I'm trying not to get to upset because he is not worth me losing my baby over. We have a 3 bedroom and almost 1 1/2 acres. I allow her to be a kid but there she has to help clean and take care of her brothers. When she was in kindergarten she was dropped off at his house and theybwasnt home. She stayed outside alone by a busy hwy till the bus driver came back. Nothing was done by the school

Exactly! I've been a stay at home mom for 3 years it's amazing!!  I'm 27 my husband's 35 we have a 4 bedroom  with 10 acres we live in the country in ny.  He was staying in his dad's basement and our son was sharing a "hallway bedroom ".with his gfs 2yr old daughter. The place was disgusting.  When he got arrested.he was sleeping on his gfs dads couch until this wk he got a apt . Now I'm So upset bc u til we get our court date I can't say no to him taking him his days we already had in place . We have joint custody but I want full residential and possible will agree to joint legal. But the night he got arrested was the night before our son started pre-k! He is such a pos who does that! I've had him everynight for the last month and he is taking him this wensd Thursday and Fri night . It's such bs he.doesnt care about his school schedule and he feeds him crap basically whatever he wants. We are pretty organic people So it's So hard.to get him on a good routine with the back and forth. So once we.go.to court in going to ask to have him take him Thursday Friday. nights and every other Saturday which he thinks is unreasonable. But in reality his behavior isn't reasonable! Ugh it stinks. But the only positive is his bus schedule is my house So he has to bring him here Thursday and Friday ams So I can package his snacks and get his folder after school etc. Stupid exs!  By the time we go to court I'll be like 35 weeks pregnant probably!!!!  Grr

I understand.  We have joint for now. Im about to seek full. He is 30 and his wife is 23 they have a 3 & 1 yr old. They live in a 3 bedroom house with her parent's.  He thinkings because I don't work I will never get full custody.  My husband makes plenty of money that ive been a stay at home for 4 yrs

Yea my ex is currently being charged with endangering the welfare of a child. He got.in a fist fight drunk with his father in front of our four year old. Needless to say I filed.for full custody.  He swears it's No   big deal and will be dropped. Really!?  No big deal!? Bringing cps into our lives is no issue for you dude!?  He's 35 years old and had 3 dwis in the last 5  years not to mention in 97 he went to.prison for aggravated vehicular manslaughter driving under the influence So he is a felon forever . He says you have another kid you have.all the time like wtf? You think bc. I'm pregnant and have a 18month old I'm going to write him off? nope sorry.buddy I'm getting custody and going to make your butt pay child support!!and ugh he has a 21 years old gf who got a dwi anything breathalyzer installed in her car 3 else after her 21st bday.  I'm married and own our own house with no record So who is screwed here???? Not me!  Ugh
