Probably positive. Take another test and get to the dr asap. Never stop taking your meds. You need to discuss what meds are safe for you and baby. I quit instantly taking my anxiety meds and I felt horrible for weeks. Had I weened myself off, wouldve been a different story. Yes, i was told to ween myself... but i didnt and went cold turkey. =(

Having bi-polar disorder myself I would NEVER recommend you stop taking your meds  the consent and blessing of your Dr.

That is something to discuss with your Dr. What I can tell you is that they are both class-c. What that means is due to ethical issues these meds have not been tested on pregnant or breastfeeding women, because one of the affected persons cannot consent.

But those meds can you take them while pregnant

Also your SSRI, and ADD medication wouldn't affect the result, as the test looks for a specific hormone not affected by these meds you probably are but I'd still retest.

You're more likely to get a false neg result on an expired test, but for safety and sanity's sake I'd retest on a test that's not expired.
