Hey sweetie yeah I'm 19 weeks + 3 days = 5 months, so yeah I know wat u mean it's nothing to worry about, I get wet all the time, my OB said its just my hormones are strong and its normal cause I thought at first I had something but it wasn't burning or nothing and the OB said I didn't have anything so then she just said I had high hormones so I was very happy cause I don't even have sex with my hubby that much right now cause I'm prego, but I can give you some advice, this is what I do, I wear a panty liner every day that way my panties don't be socked and that way I can wear my pretty panties any time I want. It really helps also u won't have a wet stain in your panties either after u wash em. So I hope this helps and congrats and good luck!!!

I had the same issue. I felt like I had peed myself for a couple days... so I went to the Dr. It was so much I was sure I had a leak...but nope the doctor just said I had "very impressive discharge" omg I was so embarrassed lol still a good idea to get checked if you're concerned!

After about 30 wks, I started to have more of a watery discharge. It wasnt my water. That doesnt mean that you may not have a slow leak though, my SIL did.  If you lay down for a while and get back up and notice that it has "pooled", you need to get it checked. But if its gradual and overnight, like mine was, it's probably just discharge.
