I was feeling the same exact way from 4w4d and then noticed two days I forgot to take my prenatal vitamins and I felt perfectly fine. I check with my doctor and the vitamins were making me nauseating along with extremely tired. I'm now 9w2d and still tired but can get things accomplished.

Welcome to motherhood....14 weeks and still exhausted....can't fall asleep and when I do I can't stay asleep. Just going up a flight of stairs can tucker me out sometimes. Oh the joys start early...but it will be worth it for those little moments

Totally normal. Try this: make sure to get plenty of water and instead of 3 meals a day, eat several small ones. Hope that helps.
