I have nights like this. .. it stinks but I'm happy I can make up for it sleeping longer in the morning ;-)
i usually have trouble sleeping or falling asleep if I take a nap during the day. . But I can't help it. :-)
I'm 38 weeks 2 days & iv been having insomnia , last night I finally got an Ok sleep . Iv seen some woman on here mention taking benadryl to help sleep , haven't tried it myself but worth a shot .
I'm 20 weeks and no matter what I do I can't sleep for more than 3 hrs at a time!!! I'm falling a sleeping typing this but my DD is up so I can't sleep now
I feel that way at 24 weeks and still at 26. I take a shower or a bath and drink some sleepy time tea. That's usually enough for me to get atleast 5-6 hrs of good sleep. I have heard on other posts of woman using benadryl. I am not fond of medication so I have not tried that.
