what Have You All Used To Relieve Nipple Soreness? Any Bra Or Shirt I Where Rubs Them ANd Hurts.
A loose fitting sports bra or tank w built in bra helped me a lot.
Plastic nipple shields. They're for breast feeding moms but work awesome to protect against rubbing and chaffing. Hope this helps
Unfortunately the only thing that helped me was getting a proper bra. I went and got fitted.
