Burlington has had really nice ones
I got both of mine at Walmart for around $20. It held up really well too! I bought it for my first pregnancy and I used it for my daughter everyday, I got a gender neutral one so I used the same diaper bag for my 2nd with my son and I just replaced it about 2 months because we are about to have our 3rd, it lasted for about 5 years! I went back to Walmart for my new one and spent about $20 again so I hope this one holds up as well as the last one. Like Mscarle mentioned mine also came with the pad and a smaller bag that you can use if you don't need to bring as much. I use that smaller bag to carry my breast pump in and it matches my big bag :)
I've seen a lot of moms use a pretty, adult sized backpack. You can get them at Walmart or Academy in a beautiful blue color - and it goes on your back freeing up your hands to carry your baby and everything else you need to carry. (Moms need 8 arms, you'll find putting a diaper bag on your shoulder can slip off and dangle there). Then you can use the backpack for playdates later - it doesn't just go to Goodwill with the other baby stuff you use a short period of time.
They're $8 to $11 if you shop carefully. Also, bath towels make great and sanitary changing pads. You can use them for a few days, throw them in the laundry and get a clean towel. Cleaner than wiping down a plastic pad, and not so cold on the baby.
Happy shopping!
Check Walmart my sister just got a nice one with a changing pad, small bag to down size if needed too nd a thermo to keep bottle warm for about 20-25 dollars
I loved both of mine. I think they were from target and shopko. They were cheap and came with changing pad, bottle holder, wipe holder, etc.
