I been havin a headache off and on for weeks but for the last two days its wont go away i knw i can take tylenol but i dnt wanna keep takin them daily so whats other things i can do to get rid of it
Where do i get peppermint oil from...and maybe im fat but now i want a bag of soft peppermints
You can try peppermint oil on ur temples. Then lay a cold rag over ur eyes and elevate ur feet above ur heart. Just be careful to not over due the peppermint oil.
