Definitely call your Dr since you are having dizzy spells and had some swelling around your eyes. Even if your Dr is out of town they still have someone on call. If you can't get in touch with them, call or go to the hospital. Good luck to you!

First things first-any other symptoms? Dizzyness? Changes in vision? Sudden or severe swelling in hands & feet? Swelling i your face or puffyness around your eyes? If yes-go get checked out. These are symptoms of preeclempsia.

If not-Have you been having regular caffeine intake & stopped? That can bring on persistent headache.

Are you hydrating enough? We need more water during pregnancy-think 10-12 glasses per day or more. I average between a gallon and a gallon & a half most days & feel like crap when I don't get enough!

Try a cool shower-you may be overheated.

Are you hydrated and well rested? Try drinking more water. I had bad headaches during the first trimester and now I don't get them at all.

I take Advil migraine but I don't know if that's ok when pregnant. You can try a cold towel on your forehead! Just lay down and relax. Hope your headache goes a way soon

Eat ice cream! I suffer from migraines and had a friend suggest that to me. I thought they were crazy but it does actually work!! Also try an ice pack on your neck, a cold towel on your forehead and a dark cold quiet room. I hope you feel better soon!
