Ladies I need suggestions pls!
What can I do to help heartburn go away! I've been told to drink milk, but I'm not a milk drinker at all! This is becoming very uncomfortable :(

Im not a milk drinker either so I also take tums.
Be careful with tums because they contain aluminum and your body doesn't digest metals well.

I keep tums with me everywhere. I have some at work, by my bed, and in my purse.
