Thanks ladies... i have this fear of over heating my baby. That's why i was concerned about the heating pad. The period like pains are off and on but nothing consistent. I have PCOS so I'm use to the extreme period like pains. Usually and ibuprofen, hot tea, and a heating pad helps ease the pain but obviously not while pregnant. I did not mention that i just getting over a fever/cold not sure if that matters. I might give my Dr a call if the pain continues. Thanks again
I had the same thing. I asked my doctor about it and he said if he had hours and hours of time he'd find out why it was happening lol. I was allowed to use the heating pad but he said to be careful with it since temperature can dramatically change quite quickly with the baby. (Just like taking hot/long showers.)
If the cramping doesn't subside I'd consider a call to the doc. You're too late in your pregnancy to be experiencing "extreme period cramps". If you're contractions are causing pain I'd make a call.
I took a bath for the very first time in years on Friday. It was great and baby girl loved it she was wiggling around the entire time. I will do it again in a bit. Thank you
Yes ma'am! One of my best friends!! Also soak in a warm bath.
