help!! first baby
I'm 4cm dilated my contractions were three min apart then they stop and aren't as strong as they should be, what can I do to speed up labor!
Also hydrotherapy tub at hospital is supposed to work..they would have to monitor babys heart rate to make sure she isn't over heated
My friend who had her baby recently bounced up and down on an excercise ball to open her cervix at the hospital. Said it worked like a charm..Everyone's different I'm sure! Sex bc semen is supposed to ripen the cervix but maybe you are already ripe if you're 4cm
