Lady's thank you guys so much I will take everyone's advice and I will find out the one the works for me!.. thanks lady's man the pain is killing me....
Try colace and grape juice. That's what works best for me.. I am 37 weeks and through out the entire pregnancy I had to do an Emma twice just to actually get relief when it got real bad.
You can take stool softeners and certain laxatives ask your doctor. Eat some prunes or fig bars. Drink lots of water!!!
Agree about warm lemon water every morning. More fruit and veggies (fibrous and juicy ones, lettuces, salads, green apples are also great, and strawberries.) Drink at least 8 8oz cups of water a day. Lay off all white carbs (pasta bread rice) for a few days. Also no peanut butter or cheese. Mirolax helps otc after a few days. Colace can help. But be careful about prolonged use or you become dependant in the drugs and have a harder time without them. Also personally I find anything greasy gives me a belly ache and makes me go (fried food, sausages, fried eggs.) Good luck!
Warm milk works for me, and one of my good friends whos 28 wks. Try a hot chocolate at night before bed..in the morning I find I can go without any pain
Add more fiber to your diet like apple, pears etc. Keep up with your water. Fiber w.o water makes it worse. Your prenatals might have a lot of iron and that makes you constipated.
I suggest 2 cups of very warm water with lemon in the morning directly after waking up. Lemon water is a safe and natural diuretic and it usually works for me. Try avoiding bread for a day or two. Heavy carbs causes constipation. Good luck!
Tell your doctor to prescribe you a laxative docusate calcium stool softener colace it works wonders for me throughout my pregnancy.. it takes atleast 2-3 days to work but after that and you continuously take one everyday with your prenatals you will be good..
Try avocado Or papaya ,they say is good and make you go to the bathroom
Drink some warm prune juice...I knw it's gross but trust me you will go...at least I did..lol..good luck. ..
Drink lots of water and i found having an esspresso coffee would literally go almost straight through me.
You can try adding fibre to your diet.
Oranges, orange juice, prunes and prune juice are also meant to help.
There is something you can get from the doctor or chemist that is safe while pregnant but unfortunately i cant remember the name sorry.
