Mix lemon, honey and ginger in hot water. Sooths the throat and the ginger helps clear the nose and is good or fighting illnesses

The acuall cold/flu wont hurt ur baby , ive had 2 really bad flus in this pregnancy , unfortunately theres not alotu can take as far as cold n flu meds but vicks rub, cough lozengers(non medicated)and paracetamol are fine during pregnancy also try steam inhalation  just rest and take it easy hope u feel better soon

I'm not sure how much being sick affects the baby so I would def talk to your doc about it but when I was sick I got a lot of rest in and you want to make sure u wash your bedding to get rid of germs. Drink lots of water if your congested buy a humidifier you might even need it for baby anyway. Also keep tishu by u all the time so u can spit or blow your nose as often as possible if your stuffed up. Also Tylenol is your friend I trust it the most I don't really take any meds when I'm sick I go for natural first but if I had to pick tylenol is what I'd pic and they say is the safest. One more thing garlic I know ewww but if you take one clover of garlic eat it and swallow it as fast as you can it kills any bacteria in your stumach but warning it burns like heck in your mouth and on the way down so I'd suggest water next to u or juice.
