hemmorhoids

OK so I'm in desperate need of some serious help. My hemorrhoids are some kind of awful and hurt so bad I've tried preparation h and tucks wipes but no relief. Does anyone have any suggestions. I know this is to much info but they are hanging out pretty far. I'm 30 weeks.

Thank you everyone my husband says I will probably have to have them removed due to they are so big and hang out so far. I've told my ob but she wants to try other stuff and if they don't work then after the baby is born she will send me somewhere to have them removed.

Recta care is the best. It is like 30.00 a tube. But it'd better than anything else otc.

This may sound crazy....but.. Vicks vapor rub. Put a glob on a cotton ball and u can just rub it on there or u can actually "tuck" it for a while. Pretty amazing stuff.

Epifoam (hydrocortisone acetate 1%, and pramoxine hydrochloride 1%) topical aerosol.  Ask ob to prescribe.  Put some over tucks and place onto effected area and use slightly firm underwear.  Do several times a day for at least half week to week minimum.  Continue till subsides somewhat.  As always ask your ob.

Talk to your dr, sometimes when they are too bad or too big they need to be removed...for now until you figure that out, you might as well go buy a special donut seat,  and don't eat spicy or greasy foods. Those foods can upset them and inflame them more.
