horrible pain
I am 22 1/2weeks now and a few weeks now I have been having bad hip pain both sides. Its only getting worse last night it was so bad I could've cried. I went on the couch and slept sitting up for a few hours. I need help I really want to sleep in my bed is okay to sleep on my back its so converterable compared to my pain. I need help sllep with pillow under belly and between legs.
Oh my thanks. I'll be trying that. anything that will help would be wonderful. And things r only going to be worse the last few months. We r now going to buy a foam pad on n the bed
I have the same exact problem. This is my second baby. And I had no hip pain in my first. When I spoke to my doctor she suggested a wrap that you can buy at the pharmacy for your hips and lower back. It also helps support under your tummy. I haven't tried it yet but I am going to.
