baby measuring small?
According to period I'm 7 weeks 3 days pregnant but according to the ultrasound I'm 6 weeks 3 days and the baby hbm is 127. Little worried
The doctor uses your last menstrual cycle as an estimate of when you ovulated. but the ultrasound gives a more accurate age of the fetus.
spotting that early is usually due to implantation and nothing to be concerned about unless your bleeding alot

I'm sure baby is fine. You could have ovulated a little later, not everyone ovulates at the same time plus u/s can be off by a few days. Congrats on your lil bean
