hot flashes
Sooo, 30 weeks tomorrow and I feel like im having hot flashes rightnow. Is this normal? Js anyone else experiencing this at 30 weeks or more?
Ive been having hot flashes since day one now 37 weeks and still have them! Its completly normal its your hormones going up amd down. Here some tips lose fitting clothing,ice chips, hydrate hydrate hydrate! I carry a little hand fan cause something some places feel like a oven. Also I use a small fan at my desk at work. Im sure people think ur crazy but it will pass
im 30wks and I am also having hot flashes I'm not sure why I'm going to ask about them at my next appt. I have never had them
I've been having them for a while and I'm 32+1.
Ironically... I've either got ice cold feet and normal body or completely hot body and normal feet. I'm so glad I deliver before summer heat. And I have a cast on my right leg :/
