how many days in the hospital?

Did every one stay after having a healthy baby and no complications? I stayed 3 days with my son 2 years ago because they accidentally cut his head open with the suction vaccume!

I stayed 3 days with my first and 24 hours with all my other pregnancies. That's long enough for me. I hate staying too long in the hospital.

From what I've been told the norm is 36 hours for a vaginal delivery, and 3 days for a c section.  It'll depend on what time you deliver though, and also on how you're healing.

Oh my goodness! That sounds awful.  I stayed 5 with my daughter (apparently one of us had a problem that they failed to inform me about) and my son I stayed for 2. Both were c-section
