how to get rid of nausea and vomiting?

Im 25 weeks pregnant and I am so nauseous all the time. But I have a lot of stomach and intestinal problems and I am really sick all the time I don't even want to get out of bed. I am just wondering what you other woman have done when you got sick like me.. I feel like I have the flu for the past 6 months. Help!!!

Eat bread and pastas and try to alot of small meals rather than bigger infrequent meals. Snack on crackers and nuts and drink lots of water to help your digestive system.

Eat crackers (without salt) first thing in the morning, even before brushing your teeth. There r preggo pops at baby r us that helped me.

I try and eat little and often. Its proper miserable having sickness. With my son I had it all the time throughout my entire pregnancy. With my daughter and this pregnancy it settled about 16/17weeks just with the odd time. Make sure you drink plenty and what ever you fancy just eat it. Healthy or not. In the beginning everything I fancied was junk food but the way I saw it some times carbs are all you need to give you that energy kick you need. Hope you feel better soon xx
