Oh, I feel you. ..I go through spurts when I want to eat everything.... And I usually do. ... lol, I don't like to deprive myself when in pregnant, but at the same time I try to stay on task and eat healthy.

I go thru spurts like that! Usually it's cuz I overate the day before and my stomach gets stretched and used to alot of food. If I have oatmeal (real oatmeal tho not those tiny Quaker packets lol) I stay full for a long time.

Fresh fruits and veggies fill you up faster.. some favorites are hummus and carrots together.. then peanut butter and celery sticks:)

Yes I agree try to avoid empty calories. I eat a lot of fruits, veggies, protein and nuts. These babies suck all our food and nutrients.
