You can get physio cream which is all natural products (and a graded) meaning safe for pregnancy use. And alot of other creams are c rated and can cause misscarrages etc! I also was told not to do the cold pack then a hot pack, even if its only on your back not good for bubs! Same with hot baths and spas! Try some pilaties if you can to help strengthen your back! Good luck
Try Vicks vapor rub it is safe during pregnancy and does wonders for muscle pain. But as stated above the best is to use cold 20min the hot 20min. Never actually on your belly.
I was told by my dr I could use muscle rub on my back! So I used bengay!
I was told it wasn't safe during pregnancy.
I have a dr appointment tomorrow and will ask but doesn't help me today lol. Part of the problem is i sit most of the day at work. I have a heating pad at work but it isn't helping much
I would do 20 min of ice 20 min off and 20 min of warm. I know its not the same as icy hot but that absorbs into your skin and might not be safe.
It shouldn't be...you are not eating it and you are not submerged in it so it should be okay but that is a personal opinion.
I heard its not. I had a bad back pain and i used a hot pad and eucalipto and took the pain away
