im always scared that

Im always scared that im squishing my beebee when I lay on my sides. Ive noticed lately every time I get ready to go to sleep and lay on my side she starts kicking and jerking and wiggling. Im scared shes stuck or being squished so I immediately move. :(

They wiggle and kick due to your position change.. So now they must get comfortable again.. especially if you lay on the side they was not on...

I have the same fear! My son will start wiggling and kicking on my left side when I'm laying down. I have learned to do the same thing that CutieMommy2be said - I kind of prop myself to the left rather than fully lay on my left, that way I'm not on my back and I'm not feeling like I'm squishing him on my side.

left side is optimal. Baby is well protected but my lil girl use to do the same with the wiggling and kicking and i continued to lay on my.left side but i didnt lean so far over to the left and she stopped. dont lean to the left so deep and baby may stop. Dont worry your not harming your baby.

It's actually recommended to be laying on your side :)

Haha.Exactly lol. But yeah I do not sleep on my back at all because of oxygen deprivation but I never slept on my back even before I was pregnant.♡

laying on your side is the best thing you can do for the baby because if you're laying on your back it cuts off oxygen supply to the baby

That's how I feel to she kicks and squarms when I lay on my left side so I always have to sleep on my right side I always tell my husband I'm so nervous I will squish her
