hi my baby is 6 weeks old and last night me and my partner had sex for the first time since we had her he used a conform but when he took it and took it off himself he said there was blood on it, is this normal x

yes its normal, but it is recommended if it continues after every sex then u should stop and wait a few weeks before having sex again. thats what happened to me at least.

I would say yes, that's it's completely normal to bleed the first time having sex after having a baby even if.you did wait the whole 6 weeks. Our bodies take awhile to go completely back to normal, but I always tell ladies that even if it sounds normal that it's never a bad idea to run it by your doctor just in case there is some underlying issue.
