cramping at 28 weeks :(

Hey everyone, I have 2 questions : 1) is cramping at 28 weeks normal?  my legs, back, and stomach are all cramping right now, I just don't know if this is normal or if I should go to the hospital? 2)   I took children's aceteminophen yesterday for a headache, is it safe to take it again the next day?

Cramping is normal.  I had it all the time.  I had a few freak out moments with my first daughter and discovered that most of my severe cramps were *ahem* constipation and gas issues....

If it really worries you, go see a doctor.  But it isn't something to be too concerned about.  Its very normal.

I believe if its a constant cramp that does not go away then its normal.  It feels like a menstral like cramps.  It just the ligaments, atleast that's what I was told by my doctor. I get them alot usually after a busy day.  Regular strength tylenol sometimes works. Lay down on your left side with a pillow between  your legs. At least that's what I was told.  But to tell you the truth nothing would work for me.I just have to rest it out and by the next day it would be gone.
