Has anyone ever tried vaginal weights? I do kegels but I cant help but feel with having my kids that my whopdedo is not gonna be the same unless I really give it a "workout"
I have vaginal weights, called benwa beads. Barely use them, but completely safe :) Fyi: your hooha will return to normal
