I was diagnosed with this two weeks ago andhave been to the ER two times since. I'm terrified because I am only just now 25 weeks. Did a lot of online research and found a website with great info to make me feel like I wasn't alone. Www.irritable-uterus.com  How far along are you? Did they give you any advice on coping and what to do when the contractions start? My OB pretty much just told me to keep going back to the ER. I feel like I have so long to go.

I had cramps around when I was due my period, which is why I didn't think I was pregnant. Thden I had some mild ones in week 6, but it's normal to have light cramping, as well as a feeling of light pressure in your lower tummy
