irritable uterus

Has anyone ever heard of this or had this?  My doc said it's because the baby is so active so my body is trying to stop him from moving around. Just trying to see if anyone else has experience with this.

I have it.....I had to go to tge hospital two days in a row bc of bad contractions. I got a shot both times to stop them but I still get them! No matter what I do or how much I try to keep from moving too much I still randomly get contractions. I'm currently 32weeks 4 days and I started having contractions around 15 weeks!!! :/

I was at the hospital on Wednesday they said I had an "irritable uterus" ...have no idea what it meant but looked like lots of tightening but I also had random contractions. Nurse gave me Tylenol. ..guess Tylenol fixes everything hahaha

I've been in hospital for two days due to regular tightenings which have since virtually stopped. The Dr who saw me this morning mentioned about me having a bit of uterine irritability but never really said anything else. Are you experiencing anything? Like tightening or pressure or anything?
