When I was pregnant with my daughter, I was allowed to either take 1 extra strength tylenol or 2 regular strength when I had headaches/migraines or back pain.

Fast forward 3 yrs. Im pregnant with baby #2 and when I called and asked my doctor(I now live in a different state) she said the same thing my older doctor mentioned.
